Installation and maintenance
The maintenance of the machine is a very important regular work, it should be in close cooperation with the extremely operation and overhaul, due to full-time personnel on duty inspection.
Matters needing attention and maintenance of baling machine:
1. Pay attention to the normal maintenance of the machine;
2. Regular maintenance and oil filling to ensure the matching of No. 46 hydraulic oil;
3. Tap the power supply according to the diagram, do not mix the three phase and two phase;
4. The hydraulic oil in the pumping station shall not be lower than the normal scale, nor exceed the scale limit;
5. The pressure gauge should be kept under 18MPa when normal;
6. Ensure safety and specially-assigned operation; strictly prohibit squeezing inflammable and explosive dangerous goods;
Matters needing attention
1. Please confirm the power used by the machine and do not plug in the wrong power.The machine adopts three - phase four wire system. The wire is earthed zero wire for leakage protection.
2. Do not touch the heating sheet directly with your hands.
3. Do not flush the machine with water. Operators should not work barefoot when the workplace is wet.
Remember to unplug the machine when not in use.
Don't change the parts of the machine at will.
6. Main parts should be lubricated with oil frequently.
